Teen Testimonials!

“I feel like I can handle situations a little better. I react differently. I used to panic right away when something scary happened. Now I've learned to calm myself down when I start to feel panic coming over me. I wanted to work with a life coach because I know that I was struggling with anxiety and overthinking everything. I was also worried about relationships with friends. Ariel has helped me navigate my relationships better and build my self-esteem. Once I started putting things into practice that I learned, I began to see changes on the way I was viewing situations. After working with Ariel, I realized the power in my thoughts which helped me tremendously. I strongly recommend Ariel to friends. She is incredibly supportive and honest. I love working with her. Ariel has helped me through one of the hardest points in my life”.

“Before I experience life coaching, I wasn’t very good at handling emotions. I wasn’t mindful and ignored everything I was feeling. After our sessions, that changed. I’m not going to pretend everything changed immediately, but now I have the right mindset. I’ve learned what I can do to be more mindful to be the best version of me”.

WHY IT'S OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY

We’ve all taken science, math, history, and English classes, but here’s maybe the most important high school class you never took: mental wellness. You’ve likely had a tutor once in your life, whether it’s for algebra, chemistry, or some ridiculously hard class. But the hardest lesson to learn is something we all struggle with: the mental struggle of life.

However, I want to tell you how struggling is something to welcome, embrace, appreciate, and seriously normalize.
